Good service and good quality printing - we have used the firm on and off for many years now for various printing and scanning requirements and we have now set up an IT support contract with them. Great service all round!!

We recently migrated from another local IT provider, MB's detailed and planned approach made the process run smoothly and it was extremely stress free! We were up and running in no time. The engineer assigned to our project was Ben, who went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and was always available if we had a query.

I am very, very impressed. I'd just rung in with a 'computer broken' issue when Outreach dropped our entire area's network. Ben not only helped with my initial problem & gave an update re the outtage but also rang back the next day to both check that my internet was back on And to solve my issue. .. an issue that no other company had been able to solve for months!
