The Important Bits (Terms & Conditions)
To keep things fair and transparent, here are the guidelines for the MB Digital Triple-Win Referral Program:
- Qualifying Referrals: A referral is defined as a new business lead that results in a signed, 12-month (minimum) Managed Service Agreement for IT Support, VoIP, or Managed Print. One-off projects or hardware purchases do not qualify.
- The Individual Reward: The £50 Amazon Voucher will be issued to the referring individual via email once the new client has successfully paid their second monthly invoice.
- The Referring Company Credit: The “One Month Free” credit will be applied to the referring company’s next billing cycle after the new client has completed 60 days of service.
- The “Credit Cap”: To ensure sustainability, the free month credit is capped at the monthly recurring value of the new client’s contract. (e.g., If your monthly bill is £1,000 but the new client signs for £500, your credit will be £500).
- The New Client Discount: The “First Month Half-Price” offer applies to the core monthly management or line rental fee only.
- Exclusions: All rewards and discounts apply to core service fees only. Third-party licensing (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe), hardware costs, broadband circuits, and out-of-scope project work are excluded from the discount.
- Standard Terms: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and MB Digital reserves the right to amend or withdraw the program with 30 days’ notice.
