There’s a common thread running through the history of MB Digital and it’s all about serving our customer businesses in Kendal, Cumbria and beyond.

1973 – Managing Director Michael Batty starting working for his father at Maurice Batty & Partners

1981 – Dealership was formed with Konica Minolta

1983 – Michael Batty Reprographics was formed working from Beezon Lodge in Kendal

1987 – Trading as MBR Group Ltd began

2007 – MBR Group was sold

2011 – MB Digital was formed and became a Konica Minolta dealer

2011 – Another MB, Malcolm Bland joined the company as Service Director

2014 – Awarded Konica Minolta 5 Star Accreditation

2016 – Started rolling our Remote Monitoring Software

2019 – MB Digital became a Premium Konica Minolta Partner

2020 – Danny Askew became Director

2020 – MB Digital became an Elite Konica Minolta Partner

2021 – Our IT services were launched

2025 – MB Digital became a Develop dealer
